We hope you'll order with confidence and to love your purchases. We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces and also offer you an exchange or store credit option in case your item isn't as "you" as you hoped it would be. Here's our policy below.
Need to make a return or refund?
- Returns for store credit are accepted up to 14 days after delivery.
- Email alison.wrenandpoppy@gmail.com with your order# and a picture of the return.
- Returns are accepted for eligible items that are new with tag and in new condition.
- Customers are respondsible for their return shipping.
- Returns will be made once recieved by Wren and Poppy. Package tracking is advised.
- Simply state in the email if you'd like an exchange or store credit.
- Exchanges with a cart of $40+ will recieve free shipping.
- Excluded items: Pre-loved Collection and holiday ornaments.
